Our Photographers are visionaries, with an eye for conveying a story and all its emotion in a single shot. They have creative flair, craftsmanship, originality, intellectual curiosity, and a strong visual sense. With a mind that thinks conceptually and strategically, they’re also collaborative and are confident communicators. Their sensibilities and aesthetics are matched by their genuine love for the craft and a desire to deliver exceptional, solutions-centered creative output, no matter what. With an appreciation for beautifully-designed imagery, they’re always on the path to capturing the perfect shot.

Duties & Responsibilities

An EP Photographer will:

Do photoshoots for various collaterals and projects

The focal point of your work. You’ll be working hand-in-hand with the Art Directors and Account Managers. From conceptualization to post-production, and from product shoots, portraits, and event coverages, to shooting for digital, websites, BTL, ATL, and activations, our photographers are versatile, with the skill and stamina to resourcefully capture the needed shots and layouts. You’ll be brainstorming, conducting research, and taking responsibility for your timelines and deadlines. But most of all, our Photographers are remarkably efficient and on point with their output because they can visualize the heart of any story and express it in their work.

Be a collaborative communicator

Because you’ll be working with different clients and collaborating with other artists during shoots, you know how to confidently own your craft. From presenting ideas to discussing art direction with the Creatives Team, our Photographers are comfortable giving, receiving, and applying constructive feedback, because they’re all about elevating the project.

Be passionate about photography

Discovery is a huge part of our culture. That’s why our Photographers are keen on delivering solutions by arming themselves with an array of advanced photography and editing techniques to lend to different projects. Whether it’s through a study of the world’s best advertisements, a study of photography for marketing, or a study of online photography strategies and best practices, they’re constantly on the path to being better and bolder at their craft, every day.

Have loads of fun

Because you’ll be working in Elevation Partners (aka an environment filled with awesome people with a culture that will push you to your greatest potential), this is a given. For sure.
