Our Graphic Designers are artistic problem-solvers with a head for solutions and an eye for design. They have creative flair, exceptional craftsmanship, originality, intellectual curiosity, and a strong visual sense. With a mind that thinks conceptually and strategically, they’re also collaborative and confident communicators. Most importantly, their sensibility and aesthetics are matched by their genuine love for the craft and a desire to deliver exceptional, solutions-centered creative output, no matter what.

Duties & Responsibilities

An EP Graphic Designer (GD) will:

Design for various collaterals and projects

The backbone of our creative force. You’ll be collaborating with the Art Directors and Account Managers. From conceptualization to execution, and from brand identities, print, packaging, digital, websites, BTL, ATL, to activations, our Graphic Designers are versatile because they understand that it’s all about solutions. You’ll be brainstorming, conducting research, and taking responsibility for all your timelines and deadlines. Ease in deadline-driven environments is a must. But most of all, our Graphic Designers are remarkably efficient and on point with their output because their design comes right from the heart of their objectives.

Be passionate about design

Our office culture thrives on discovery. That’s why our Graphic Designerss never stop learning. They’re hungry for constructive feedback, explore design trends, techniques, and new technology. So from a pad of tracing paper to Photoshop, to InDesign, to an epic logo in Illustrator, our GDs come to the table armed with the skills to relentlessly throw all they’ve got on the wall in the pursuit of great work. They’re keen on delivering solutions and giving value to our clients by always researching, asking, and immersing themselves in beautiful design. Their eye for detail and appreciation of craftsmanship comes from a deep desire to be excellent.

Focus on the solution behind the visuals

We’re not looking for just any designer. Our Graphic Designerss are thinkers first, designers second. Beyond knowing how to arrange elements on a page, they understand the why behind a certain execution, direction, creative decision, and campaign. They’re problem-solvers, researchers, and consultants. Working hand-in-hand with the Art Directors, their solutions-centric thinking allows them to elevate every deliverable for every project, every time.

Be a collaborative communicator

Because you’ll be working with different clients and collaborating with other artists, you know how to reconcile various ideas, concepts, and messages. Our Graphic Designers know that communication goes beyond words: it’s all about people. They’re comfortable giving, receiving, and applying constructive feedback, because their passion is for elevating the project. They’re also excellent team players, able to seamlessly present, explain, and defend (if needed) their ideas to the Art Director, Lead Art Director, and everyone else in between.

Have loads of fun

Because you’ll be working in Elevation Partners (aka an environment filled with awesome people with a culture that will push you to your greatest potential), this is a given. For sure.
