Accounts executive

Our Account Executives are more than just glorified coordinators; they’re way more than that! On one level, they’re the relationship-builders of EP, communicating effectively between Client and Creatives. On another level, they’re the captains of our ship, spearheading projects and being in full control of every meeting, brainstorming, and deliverable, creatively and strategically. Our Account Executives build great relationships with our clients because they’re trusted to give the best creative direction and strategy to hit the necessary marketing goals. They’re stellar collaborators, leaders, and role models. Most of all, they intentionally build internal and external relationships, gracefully leading their teams into a culture of excellence, trust, and creativity.

Duties & Responsibilities

An EP Accounts Executive (AE) will:

Plan and execute creative strategies

Our Accounts Executives are the be-all and end-all of every project, representing both the Creatives and the Clients throughout the process. You’ll be heading whole projects, from strategy to creative execution, working with both the Creatives team and the Client to design every single project to effectively hit the objectives, structuring and restructuring timelines and deadlines to be effective for everyone involved. You’ll be working on a plethora of projects, from digital campaigns, activations and promos, down to price tag and poster collaterals, everything goes though you. Being highly organized, quick-thinking, strategic, and creative are all traits our Accounts Executives need.

Take ownership of brands and projects

The EP Accounts Executive embodies responsibility. Because you’ll be tasked to be on top of everything that happens for your brands, you understand the brand, inside out. From initial Client meetings to submitting final studies and evaluating campaign results, you own your brand, and continuously seek avenues to further your knowledge and bring value to your team and your Clients. Our Account Executives work with the Clients, operating from a mindset that elevates every project, every time.

Be a collaborative communicator

Because our Accounts Executives are the bridge between Creatives and the Client, they must possess incredible communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills that make it easy for everyone to be on the same page. You’ll be taking direction, giving direction, analyzing direction on a deeper level, and presenting and defending projects when necessary based on your thorough knowledge of the objectives. Finally, as the team’s go-to for every project, focus and grace are a must to foster an environment of openness, clarity, and positivity.

Always be on the path of discovery

Because Discovery is such a huge part of our culture, it’s important that our Account Executives go above and beyond being in-the-know with industry standards. This means having and applying foundational knowledge on digital marketing, including, but not limited to: content and inbound marketing, community building, SEO, social media marketing, market research, and other fields. Passion and a hunger for great ideas and effective tools are indispensable for the Account Executive.

Skills & Strengths

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly proficient in marketing, digital, social media, web, and content
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.
